Be sure to follow up with the Better Business Bureau, The real estate company, the State Attorney General and the Department of Commerce. All of these contacts may be able to help in some way. Remember, patient, persistant, factual, firm and knowing your rights can make this company choose to do the right thing to avoid big headaches and bad publicity. Maybe Mr. Fixit or Kare ll too. If any or all contact McQuillan on this, could be a factor. They must be bonded or insured. Perhaps they can file a claim direct with their insurance company. Does their contract state this information on the inspection? They may be required to disclose by law.
