Google Maps

Weekend was fairly normal, marked with an exclamation point of hectic last night. However, everything is good now and finals lie in my way.

If you haven’t ever experienced the joy of Google Maps, then I suggest you do. I’ve been playing with this for the past couple of weeks and it is very entertaining. It brings stalkerability up to a new high of 92%. My favorite thing to do is to find major landmarks and government installations. Check out Area 51, it’s south west of Roswell in the white sands area. You can see the 7 mile long run way. Is that cool or what? Unfortunately it only covers the US, and only the continental I think. So sorry canucks and mexicans. It uses this cool XMLhttprequest thingy that allows for real time scrolling, making it far superior to map quest. So like I said check it out!

Ok like right now as I went to get the link to the page I see a big change that made me creame my pants. They now have the entire world. Wow is all I can say, wow. How freaking cool is this?

shatter a restraining order, look from above!

  1. Google now knows our every move, both in the physical and digital realm. It’s only a matter of time before it calculates the perfect moment to cause all the finicial networks to collapse, as well as all the nukes to explode such that it kills all of man kind. Luckily, humans have already calculated this, which is why we keep a select few people in the deep dark basement, sheiled completely from technology, attack, and about any form of harm. Of course, with Google’s moon base coming online in 3 years, we worry that they might in fact crash the moon into earth to achieve their goal of world demolition. This ultimately will need to be stopped by JR Computer Associates through means of time travel.

  2. So, using google maps you could in theory find yourself outside while looking at google maps on your laptop. Or (and this is a far superior idea you could see what is going on outside of KKG amd see if the hotties are outside. This could also be used to track exgirlfriends.
